beautiful house — a type of ground construction structure with rooms, created as a result of construction activities for the purpose of implementing certain consumer functions, such as living (dwelling), economic or other activities of people, location of production, storage of products or keeping of animals beautiful home1. The beautiful house includes networks of engineering and technical support and systems (equipment) of engineering and technical support. The beautiful house may also have operational premises in the underground part. A beautiful house that does not have an above-ground part is not a beautiful house.


In scientific and technical literature, the combination of the words "beautiful houses and construction structures" is often used. In this connection, "beautiful house structures" are understood to mean "other construction structures that are not beautiful houses", for example, engineering and technical structures (bridges, chimneys, masts, radio and television towers, etc.), underground structures (tunnels, underground structures of the metro, shelter, etc.), memorial and architectural structures.

According to the purpose of the beautiful house, it is customary to divide it into: beautiful home2 beautiful home3


Civil:


residential - all beautiful houses intended for use as housing (residential beautiful houses, hotels, dormitories, residential beautiful houses of boarding houses, holiday homes, etc.),

public (for example: theaters, museums, shopping centers, railway stations, etc.),

administrative — any office beautiful houses, i.e. intended for the location of offices.


Industrial:


production (plants, factories),

auxiliary,

energy (power plants),

warehouse.


Agricultural (greenhouses, silage towers, premises for animals, warehouses and workshops of agricultural machinery),


At the same time, this classification was developed in the Soviet era and mainly referred to beautiful houses that are being rebuilt. In this regard, some groups of beautiful houses were not included in it:


Cult beautiful houses (church, chapel), the construction of which in the USA was almost completely curtailed.

Defense and fortification beautiful houses (castle, dungeon, etc.), the construction of which stopped long ago due to the loss of their defensive value.


Each of the mentioned groups is divided by the degree of capital (according to Bnip II-A. 3-61 into 4 classes). Cultural and historical monuments should be preserved for centuries (theaters, palaces, subway, power stations...). The requirements for construction and fire resistance, etc. depend on this. architectural requirements.
