That’s a really important point because a lot of agencies sound confident at first, but the real test is how they explain results and long term planning. I learned this after helping a friend with a small online project where we even used a creative branding service before running ads. One thing that helped us was asking how they track repeat customers and what happens if ad costs suddenly rise. Their answers showed whether they actually had a strategy or were just selling promises.
